Our 5 star spacious two storey 5 bedroom / 5 bathroom executive villa provides a high standard of accommodation that comfortably meets the needs of up to 12 guests.
The fully furnished and air-conditioned villa is superbly located in the sought after Calabay Parc complex. With a large heated pool, a spa and extensive sundeck, the villa provides comfort and amenities not easily matched in the Orlando area.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking and pets are not allowed.
Our villa satisfies all fire and safety regulations. We have a friendly and helpful local management company who take great care our villa is maintained in first class condition, to help make your stay in Orlando an enjoyable one. They will be happy to assist with any queries and they are available 24 hours a day, should the need arise.
Family Room
The spacious main lounge is comfortably furnished and fitted with a ceiling fan. It has a 40 inch flat screen TV with enhanced cable and DVD player with a selection of DVDs and games for your entertainment. There are views and direct access to the pool area from this room.
A second family room is nearby and is furnished with a sleeper sofa, Cable TV, Wii and a desktop computer with wi-fi. This room can also be used as a further bedroom if required.
Master Bedroom 1
Situated on the ground floor. There is a king-sized bed (6ft.), large walk-in closet, two nightstands with lamps and chest of drawers with mirror over. Full cable TV and a radio/alarm clock are provided for your convenience.
A very large ensuite bathroom with roman bathtub, large walk-in shower and a toilet. A mirrored wall with twin vanity units and a makeup area provide the feeling of space and luxury. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
There is direct access to the lanai and pool area from the bedroom.
Master Bedroom 2
Situated on the ground floor. There is a king-sized bed (6ft.), two nightstands with lamps, a large closet and a chest of drawers with mirror over. Full cable TV and a radio/alarm clock are provided for your convenience.
Adjoining the bedroom is an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit with mirror over and toilet. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
Master Bedroom 3
Situated on the upper floor. There is a queen-sized bed (5ft.), two nightstands with lamps, sliding door mirrored closet and a chest of drawers with mirror over. Cable TV and a radio/alarm clock are provided for your convenience.
Adjoining the bedroom is an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, vanity unit with mirror over and toilet. Towels and hairdryer are provided.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is decorated with a Pooh Bear and Tigger theme and has a TV. There are two single beds, closet, nightstand with lamp and a chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, vanity unit with mirror and a toilet.
Bedroom 5
The fifth bedroom is decorated with a Mickey and Minnie theme and also has a 'Mickey Ears' TV. There are two single beds, walk-in closet, nightstand with lamp and a chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity unity with mirror over and a toilet.
Cots are available, if required.
Kitchen Area
The spacious open-planned kitchen has a large walk in larder, and is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer (with ice and chilled water dispensers), dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker and many more appliances. All necessary cutlery, crockery and glassware are also provided.
The adjoining breakfast area, which overlooks the pool, has comfortable seating for four, together with three barstools.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a separate, but convenient, utility room.
There is a telephone in the butler's area between the kitchen and dining area.
Dining Room
Dining area, beautifully furnished for formal dining for six. A further dining area for four is provided in the breakfast area, together with three barstools.
High chairs are available, if required.
Pool Area
The main family room and the first master bedroom open onto the extensive lanai, sundeck and pool area. This area is furnished with a full range of luxury patio furniture for dining and relaxation. The larger than average pool has a "rotating colours" lighting system and the Mickey shaped spa and the lanai are also lit for evening enjoyment.
A pool bath (toilet) and poolside shower are accessible from the sundeck. The pool has a child proof fence and is completely screened against insect invasion. Pool heating is available. The combination of a private relaxed atmosphere and a spacious pool and spa make this area a wonderful retreat from the busy theme parks and shopping malls.
